When we had questions via text email or phone Tricia was always prompt and answered them. Never once did she leave us hanging. We felt that although her contract was with the seller we felt she was non-partial, and wanted both parties to be happy.

I’d love to say this is a review, but it’s really a memory of making new friends.
Tricia and Monte were local realtors when we started selling our house and as problems arose they patiently waited as each one was resolved. They’re laid back and easy going attitude was an instant hit with my wife and I.
We also appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the aspects of our place that others might not have noticed on a quick cursory examination.
While their attitude with us was laid back, their promptness in documentation and efficiency in showing our house was a blessing, knowing that they seemed to be constantly working to get us the absolutely best price that we were able to get.
As we were selling our house we began to be frustrated with agents we had dealt with in other areas to buy and Tricia and Monte volunteered to help us out even though it was out of their way and a challenge to deal with some local idiosyncrasies. At a time when the market did not yield us a plethora of options, the McGuire's continued to find innovative ideas dove-tailing our needs and desires with unconventional ideas to meet those needs.
I’m the end, we have come to enjoy their advice and wisdom in the real estate market and we will miss them as realtors, but we plan to keep them as friends for as long as we are privileged to call them such.
